Welcome to The Real LEVEL UP, home of the LEVEL UP Nation® virtual talk show® network (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you use thereallevelup.com, buy a membership, package, or product from us, or take part in our shows. By using our website or services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our services

We produce and stream live virtual talk show® programming and offer memberships, guest appearances, business guest packages, and merchandise. Descriptions and prices are listed on our website and may change from time to time. Prices are in U.S. dollars.

2. Your account and information

You agree to give us accurate information when you contact us, apply, or make a purchase, and to keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a parent or guardian’s permission, to make a purchase or appear on a show.

3. Insiders memberships

• Memberships (Supporter $9/month, Crew $25/month, Inner Circle $49/month) are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• By joining, you authorize us and our payment processor, Stripe, to charge your payment method each month for your chosen tier.
• You can cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access through the end of your paid billing period.
• Member benefits are for your personal use and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. Member-only replays and content may not be downloaded, copied, or reposted.
• We may update member benefits from time to time. If we change your membership price, we will tell you before the new price applies.

4. Guest appearances and business guest packages

• Submitting an application does not guarantee an appearance. We select guests and schedule shows at our discretion.
• All guests must sign our guest waiver and release before appearing. Fees ($50 Guest Appearance; $497 Business Guest Package) are due when your appearance is confirmed.
• Our shows are live and may be recorded, replayed, clipped, and shared on our channels and platforms. By appearing, you allow us to use your name, image, voice, and appearance as described in the guest waiver and release.
• Business Guest Package deliverables (clip reel and commercial) are provided for you to use to promote your business. We may also use them on our own channels.
• Guests are expected to be respectful. We may end or remove an appearance that involves hate speech, harassment, illegal activity, or content that conflicts with our community values, without a refund.

5. Merchandise

Merchandise is made and shipped by our team. Shipping times are estimates. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on screen. Returns and exchanges are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Refunds

Cancellations and refunds for every product are explained in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.

7. Community guidelines

When you join our live chats, member community, or events, please keep it respectful. No harassment, hate speech, spam, or sharing other people’s private information. We may remove comments or end access for anyone who breaks these guidelines.

8. Intellectual property

LEVEL UP Nation® and virtual talk show® are registered trademarks of LEVEL UP Nation®. Our show names, logos, episodes, graphics, and website content belong to us or our partners and may not be copied, reposted, or used without our written permission, except for sharing links to our public content.

9. Disclaimers

Our shows share personal stories and opinions for inspiration and entertainment. They are not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice. Views shared by guests are their own. Our website and services are provided “as is,” and we do not guarantee they will always be available or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continued use of our website or services means you accept the changes.
